CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and will be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A second no-show will result in the inability to book future appointments.
